Mobile Cocktail Bar

Our signature service: a fully staffed mobile cocktail bar for weddings, corporate events, and private parties across Barcelona and beyond. We bring the counter, the bartenders, the glassware, and a cocktail menu built around your event. All you bring is the guest list. The bar scales easily, whether you're hosting 40 people on a rooftop or 300 in a conference hall.

Bartender for Events

Already have the bar and drinks sorted? We'll send experienced bartenders to run it. This works well for hosts who want professional service without renting a full setup. Just brief us on your event and menu, and we'll take care of the pouring.

An all-inclusive drinks package for your guests, with no counting glasses or separate bar tabs. We stock the bar, staff it, and run it for the length of your event.

A short form in your language: date, location, number of guests, and event format. Takes 1-2 minutes. A link to the brief is provided separately.

Receive the proposal

Within 24 hours you receive a personalized proposal with the service format, menu, and fixed cost.

Clarify details

We discuss any revisions, extra services not included in the base estimate, and answer any questions about the cost or format.

Booking and payment

You book the service by paying 30-50% of the final amount. Full refund of the deposit if cancelled no later than 2 months before the event; the remaining balance is due one week before the event.

Event preparation

After the deposit, we coordinate all details with the venue and event planner (timing, nuances), prepare the prep work, and purchase all necessary additional ingredients.

Event day

Enjoy our bar service, and if you liked it, recommend us to your friends.

We truly cannot recommend Chin Chin enough! The cocktails were absolutely phenomenal, delicious, beautifully crafted, and so personalized to us as a couple. Our guests are still talking about the drinks weeks later! Working with Vlad throughout the process was incredible from start to finish. He helped us thoughtfully create the perfect cocktail menu and made everything feel so seamless and customized. On top of that, the team handled multiple last minute weather related changes with such professionalism and flexibility, which took so much stress off of us during the wedding weekend. Beyond just amazing drinks, they brought such an elevated, fun, and memorable experience to our wedding day. We are so grateful to the entire Chin Chin team for everything!

I've worked with Chin Chin on many corporate events and they were always my first choice for cocktail catering! Their cocktails are honestly some of the best I've had, but the real highlight is the team behind them 🥹 They create an atmosphere that guests genuinely remember. You can tell they love what they do and it shows in every interaction and every drink they serve. They're professional, incredibly friendly and always go the extra mile to make every event feel special. They brought all of our ideas to life and somehow made them even better. I honestly don't think there's anything quite like them in Barcelona. Highly recommend! ❤️

We booked them for my birthday party and they were really great from start to finish. The cocktails were delicious, the setup looked good, and everything ran smoothly throughout the evening. Guys were friendly, professional, and easy to deal with, and quite a few guests mentioned how much they liked the drinks. I’d happily book them again for another event.
